Education and Experience Index The education and experience index is the average of all qualifying employees, instructional and administrative respectively. It is determined by totaling the index value for all qualifying employees and dividing by the number of full-time equivalents (FTE’s). See Idaho Code Sections 33-1004D and 33-1004E.
