1. BT Wholesale Broadband Escalations Portal Search Escalation

2. To search for Escalations, click the link in the left hand menu.

3. To search using reference, select the reference type from the drop down menu, enter the number and click search.

4. Alternatively you may search using a date range by selecting dates from the calendars.

5. You may also search for escalations in different status.

6. Your search results will appear in a table below. Click on the reference to see the escalation details screen.

7. The Escalation Details screen displays all details entered when raising the escalation.

8. Recent notes can also be seen at the bottom of the page. See the additional user guide for adding or retrieving notes.
