EXAMPLES: How much is the setup fee? (Pricing? Graphics? Website?) What is the production time? (Production? Website?) Can we do a rush? (Production? Marketing? Website?) What is the pricing for a rush? (Production? Marketing? Website?) Is my customer’s artwork in vector format? (Graphics? Website?) BTW: jpgs, pngs, bmp, tiffs are NEVER vector

WHAT IF IT’S JUST A “QUICK QUESTION?”
