Time Line ________________________________________________ May 24/25: Training June: Configuration options, test ingests, batch load configuration, collection preparation, re-book requirements defined. July: Throughout month re-books re-loaded several times as we worked though the content model. Finding Aids and StatCat requirements defined. Aug: Vital release upgrade; Re-books review/report; Finding aids loads started; Re-book beta at the end of the month. Sept: Finding aids review/report; Finding aids beta; StatCat started; Re-book assessment and requirements revision. Oct: Repeat from July.
