PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - IRMA SL IRMA SL - promoter and coordinator of the project - is a Small Enterprise (SME), located in the region of Le on, in the northwest of Spain, which works on training in the rural realm and in the elaboration of rural development and human resources projects. It has worked in several projects (LEADER, ADAPT, NOW, HORIZON, YOUSTHTART, INTERREG, EQUAL) for the following Community Programmes: RAPHAEL, PRODER, LIFE, LEONARDO… It works for public organisms as well as private ones in Castilla y León, Asturias, Galicia....

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - IRMA SL Functions: –a) It is the promoter an coordinator entity of the IN- NATURE project and it has experience in previous LEONARDO projects related to new competences for the young people in the rural realm. –b) To help all the partners in the continuous process of definition of the didactic contents –c) To coordinate the elaboration of the theoretical, practical and experimental elements of the training design by all the partners.

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - IRMA SL Functions: –d) To create a Resources Centre as a basis for the tele-training and results diffusion: Permanent information journal in internet. –e) To coordinate the implementation of practises in the sector enterprises and final validation of the project with 30 pupils. –f) To coordinate the edition of the products: guides, handbook, interactive CD Rom, etc....

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - IRMA SL Skills, knowledge and experience: It has offered training through LEADER Programmes related to eco-tourism and through reconversion courses in mining areas. As Experience, it has confirmed the necessity of a very important complementary training for young people and women, in order to offer some services to the visitors and to be able to diversify the rural economy. It has competences in the different training chapters.

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - ADESPER The Partnership for the Sustainable Development and the Promotion of the Rural Employment (ADESPER): Is a national non-profit association located in the region of León, in the northwest of Spain. It works with different local actor working in local/rural development. It works in several autonomous communities of Spain such as: Castilla y León, Navarra, Asturias, Galicia, Cantabria and also in Portugal. Its main aim is to promote the sustainable development and to achieve the involvement of the most disadvantaged collectives to get an employment in the rural realm and in the main areas of every region.

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - ADESPER Functions: –a) To help the promoter of the Project in the management of the Piloting Committee, in the permanent assessment process and in the Quality Management Plan. –b) Execution of the Plan for the Diffusion of the Results, giving a continuous support to all the partners of the project.

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - ADESPER Functions: –c) To participate in the elaboration of the curricular design and more specifically of the point III o the Handbook: Reinforcement of the role of social groups, as well as to develop a methodology for the cooperation between the training centres and the environment enterprises. –d) Elaboration of chapter 7: The Environment in the Community Policies: Nature Net 2000 and directive Habitats.

PARTNERS DESCRIPTION - ADESPER Skills, knowledge and experience: It has a great experience in the field or transnational management of projects (specifically an EQUAL project "Rurality" and a pilot project Leonardo. Other value aspect is its experience in the fields of training and development of training methods. It has worked with the localities involved in the EQUAL project, in the training about packaging and exploitation of the autochthonous products as a main axis for the local development. It contributes to the transnational association and to the project with its experience and ability for the involvement of different social agents.
