3.  Audit Report o Shows date and user of a modified data element  Allow Users to Update Password on Locked Accounts o Have to follow DOE policy guidelines o Security questions o Unlock accounts with password no older than 180 days 3

4.  Anomaly Reports o Anomalies are potential issues that should be looked at o Excess Indicator is “Yes” but Utilization percentage > 0% o Actual Maintenance (AM) > Replacement Plant Value (RPV) o Allow FIMS users the ability to run the same checks we do at year end 4

5.  Asset Photos o Current State (13% of Buildings have photos) o Use in PDF Reports o Thumbnails on Prop Info window or on Property list o Grid view with photos and key metrics o Expand to Trailers, Land and OSF  Attach Documents o Source documentation for Validations o Lease Agreements o Occupancy Agreements 5

6.  Ad Hoc Reporting Enhancements o Share saved reports o Display a greater number of assets and data elements in report o Advanced Ad Hoc o Current Ad Hoc would stay as is o Search on any data element o Add equals, greater than, less than and like options  Graphs o Excel reports or Embedded in FIMS o Graphing tool based on historical data. o Graphing tool allowing user to select X and Y axis 6
