4. BACKGROUND and JUSTIFICATION
There are many formal workers who have not received social security.
A lot of formal workers who did not know that social security is a fundamental right of workers
Employers still hold that the social security rights of workers is a burdensome expense.

Formal sector workers in the Shipyard and Garment who works on sub contractors with sort-term contract

8. DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES
Bring awareness to employers that the social security rights of workers is the most important part that must be given, since such rights is set in the Labor Law.
Develop the courage of the workers to report any violations of their place of work, especially with regard to the basic rights of social security.

9. DIRECT RESULTS
Trade union organizer and labor inspector together to force employers provide basic social security rights of workers.
Organize workers to join trade unions by providing education about the basic rights of workers are already governed by the laws

10. KEY OUTPUTS Campaign through banners on the worker environment.
Post set up the complaints around the neighborhood workers.
Site visits to companies that are known to commit violations related to the basic rights of workers social security

Fulfillment of basic rights of workers related to Social Security.
The addition of union membership with the joining of the workers who have not become members of the union after workers benefit with the fulfillment of their basic rights are basic rights of social security.
