CESM: A Main Area of Interest The development of IT professionals with an emphasis on managing large scale information technology development and use must include the study of mainframe computing. But aren’t mainframes dead? Not hardly, read on! IBM will provide the CESM with the use of IBM zSeries technology to be leveraged by all participating colleges and universities in the study of mainframe computing.
