Relating Percents, Fractions, and Decimals To write a percentage as a fraction, the bottom number must ALWAYS be: 100 100 To convert a fraction to a decimal: Divide the numerator by the denominator Divide the numerator by the denominator To convert a decimal to a percentage all you have to do is: Multiply by 100 Multiply by 100 To convert a percentage to a decimal: Divide by 100 Divide by 100
