Gap Analysis & Action Plan Launch
Gap Analysis is the key link between what you have learned to date and what you can do tomorrow. We will use all the tools and independent assignments, and your organization data the we have accumulated to this point, perform a gap analysis, create an action plan, and be ready to perform our own Kaizens! Mentoring debrief: Process Check: How is the mentoring process going? What is going well? Does anything seem to be sustaining, while other things seem to wane? What could be improved upon? Opportunity for improvement? Created with Funding from WIRED NW Created with funding from WIRED NW

Independent Assignment #11
This assignment should take about 12 hours (your two hours independent assignment for this week, plus this will count in lieu of another classroom session: eight hours class time and the two hours independent assignment time for that session). Meet with your mentor and review the gap analysis discussed in today’s session. Mutually agree on opportunities to apply what was learned today, using as many tools as possible. Execute a Kaizen at your organization, and prepare a 15 minute presentation to report out at next session. Created by funding from WIRED NW Created with funding from WIRED NW
