18 Tomorrow(before the first “run”) Complete the 1 st set of drawings Generate the 1 st set of Official drawings for the 6.501 release Manage machine phases (installation – phases 2, 3 and 4 – ultimate machine) Add further data if requested (software and models) Generate drawings for next optics releases…

23 Conclusions Large amount of work upstream –6 FTE from Design Office over 6 months –1 FTE from TS-CSE & TS-SU over ~3 months –1 FTE from DC section over 24 months Installation drawings are essential for the installation phases People continuity (pérennité) is vital to keep knowledge –Development is still in progress –Modelling work is not finished
24
24 Acknowledgments IC-DC,CSE-CAD & SU for the “soft” part (M.Jones, A.Kurnosenko, A.Vergara-Fernandez, E.VanUytvinck, R.Zalyalov) IN Section for modelling (C.Bault, O.Choisnet, F.Delsaux, C.Magnier) Some “freelance” also for modelling (L.Faisandel, A.Kosmicki, A.Tursun, N.Veillet)
