www.global-campaign.org COP Example MMCI Created in May 2005 to respond to special communication challenges posed by large-scale trials Includes communications officers of all sponsoring groups, key advocacy networks, site representatives and allied scientists Currently has 36 members. Hosts annual meeting and bi-monthly conference calls Division of labor based on need, capacity and interest
