2 Questions  Do you often praise others?  Are you often praised by others?  Have you ever imagined your college life?  What is your ideal college life like?  Do you like our college?  What do you think of teachers here?

3 On Praise  Everyone wants to be appreciated for what they have done. They want to be praised, to get other people ’ s recognition, thus they can be more motivated in future work.  You will find everyone have some shining spots, great or small. Pick up all the excellence, and offer your sincere praise, you will find the world different.

4 New Words  compliment n. It's the nicest compliment I've ever had. Your present is a great compliment. My compliments to your father! Please send my compliments to him.

7 individual n. adj.  Each individual person is responsible for his own arrangements.  It is difficult for a teacher to give individual attention to children in a large class.  What a strange individual!  He ’ s quite an individual!
