What does the Committee do? Oversees the annual election process for: Executive Officers Board Members Special Interest Groups (SIGs) Chairpersons Nominating Committee Facilitates candidate application process

What does the Committee do? Supports leadership succession planning Encourages leadership development We want to fill the pipeline with future leaders!

Assist applicants with candidate application process Deadlines matter! Encourage members to vote Offer incentive awards to ONS chapters $750 to chapters with the highest voting percentage
