Claim your unique identifier ResearcherID (Thomson Reuters) ResearcherID ORCID (non profit) ORCID And display it on KU Leuven’s Who-is-Who page

Managing your CV in KU Loket Log into KU Loket Click on the tab ‘Onderzoek’ or ‘Research’ Click on ‘CV’

Add your ORCID or ResearcherID You can now start editing your CV Click ‘Personal Info’ The pencil sign in the lower right of the screen allows you to edit this information

Add your ORCID or ResearcherID Fill out your ORCID and/or ResearcherID o Note: just fill out the string of 4 x 4digits of your ORCID, not the full url Save your changes (save button lower right)

Show your ORCID or ResearcherID Click ‘Links on CV’ ‘Links on CV’ lets you choose what to display on the Who-is-Who page

Show your ORCID or ResearcherID Check those items that you wish to be displayed and save your changes

Check Who-is-Who Your ORCID/ResearcherID will have been added overnight Clicking on either one will direct you to your ORCID/ResearcherID profile
