(Academia : informed of outstanding research issues that are relevant to industry from case studies. Industry : obtain up-to-date research results relevant to their technical issues.) An Ad-Hoc T/F will be formed from both sides of members to lay out the detailed plan in close consultation with the Conference Board. ( Roadmap T/F: Reijo Tuokko, Takanori Shibata, NIST researcher ) The Issue of Standardization will be studied further by the Standardization Committee led by Erwin Prassler (Start with easier area to work on such as vocabulary, evaluation, etc.)
