4. The Tenure of chairperson of the Committee on Nominations as a member of the committee is for four years. She can only serve as chairperson for two years.

5. THE CHAIRPERSON, ELECTED FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM SHALL: a. develop plans to help members of the committee see their task as an ongoing one; b. provide information to the committee concerning vacancies that need to be filled; c. guide the committee in its work to discover new leadership; d. serve on the Executive Committee, and where one exists, the Committee on Membership Nurture and Outreach.
