Class Exercise for Decision Making Process You and your family (4 members in total) are considering buying an apartment. You have five options given by the property agent: Option 1: 3-room apartment, one shower room, $200K, 30% down payment, neighbor works swing shift and noisy during the night, shopping mall nearby, 30 minutes to workplace. Option 2: 2-room apartment, no bathroom, $130K, 10% first down payment, neighbor is rock musician, 5 minutes away for workplace. Option 3: 5-room apartment, $500K, one bathroom, next to workplace, neighborhood next to community pool and park w 10pm curfew, 25% down payment, several restaurants nearby. Option 4: $100K, 3-room apartment, 2 bathrooms, $5K down payment, 60 minutes drive to work, great school nearby, mother-in- law lives 5 blocks around the corner.
