8 8 IHS Webcast IHS Presentation to selected customers: –Reviewed an increased service provision from the original AAPG initiative (which Petroconsultants agreed to provide in 1996) –Input from participants included a request from an operator to see a formal, official declaration of service provision outlining the increased service/improvements in cooperation with the GUWI initiative.

9 9 Next steps Operational Steering Team –Made up of companies that sign the Letter of Intent –Issue and manage the RFP process –Plan and seek approval for business plan, including issues of funding, governance development / deployment –Complete service provider selection –Work with POSC to establish legal framework for Well Identity Service Work Group including funding and service agreements, governance and operational procedures –Plan and execute launch
