2. Who am I ? What am I here to do ? Where am I going ? Why do I want to do it ? How am I going to get there ?

3. 1991 I was born and raised in Iran. 2008 Got my diploma in Mathematics and Physics. 2009 Enrolled in Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology. 2014 Graduated ! Applied for Design and Technology at Parsons and I am here ! -------------------------------------------------------------- Interests Interactive Installations, Interactive Environments, Sensory Environments, Intelligent Environments, Art and Tech ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hobbies I ride my bicycle every day. I have brought it with me on flight! Used to be Ski racer, had few standings in national Free Ride competitions. Love mountains and rock climbing as well. Who am I ?

4. What am I here to do ? Where am I going ? Why do I want to do it ? How am I going to get there ?

5. “Why I chose Parsons?” Design and Technology, Art and Technology and all other interdisciplinary majors are rare in Iran. To put it right, there are no programs requiring collaboration of art-design and computer. So then to pursue my interests I started finding interesting programs around the world and applying for them. But why parsons, since I thought that I would love this program and I feel the same so far. Moreover, parsons is well known in Iran ( Not for technology but for design, fashion and … !). It is in the heart of New York. Just to be honest, having a full scholarship pushed me through parsons as well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- “What am I here to do?” I prefer to start fresh. Want to move forward and advance as the program leads. But having to choose a direction right now, I will choose to go for interactive platforms and installations. Robotic prototypes are OK. I know web programing, but NO WEB! What am I here To do ?

7. ----------------------------------------------------- I don’t know ! I just feel like I love these stuff. I felt like trying this out as well, I mean to study far from everything and man far from my previous lifestyle. ----------------------------------------------------- Why Do I Want To Do it ?

9. Well after this! I should think I have some ideas for startups back in Iran Having in mind that these interdisciplinary mindsets are rare in Iran, there it opens up lots of career opportunities. I would get another Master or go for PhD. ----------------------------------------------------- But as told you before, I prefer to start fresh. Look around, see what comes up. Say yes to all possibilities. Where Am I Going ?

11. I haven’t yet chosen my path! But I know all of them will only be possible with studying, not hard but well enough. I hate this phrase “study hard!”. We should all study enough relatively to our goals. I will be trying to create a better portfolio throughout this program. Will try to take advantage as much as possible from parsons network and facilities. How Am I Going To Get There ?
