Eastern Africa Regional WatSan Unit Objectives GOAL: Contribute to Reduction in Water Borne Diseases in HBC Program Clients and Affected Family Members and Neighbours in Target Population by the End of the Project Specific objectives  Establish An Appropriate Method Of Delivering Household Water Treatment Systems (HWTS) For Target Communities.  Improve Knowledge And Skills Of Volunteers Of Community Home Base Care Programs In HWTS and WASH (Water,Sanitation and Hygiene)  Establish The Level Of Acceptance And Adherence Of HWTS By The Targeted Population.  Improve Hygienic Behaviors Related To Water Use At Household Level.  Establish Simple Monitoring And Evaluation System For HWTS  Identify and Strengthen Possible Partnerships In HWTS
