3. Pg#212 After the deaths that occurred and discussed amongst themselves about it, Philip Lombard has been acting strange at night in his bedroom. He has been listening very closely on what has been happening outside his bedroom door, like an owl watching over the night. This signpost is important to the story because this gives the characters on how they should act during the story. I think this is a contrast and contradiction because I would rather just relax and wait until my death comes if I cannot get of the island.

4. The kind of books that I am interested in are action, mysteries, and sports. When I read, I try to take my time and think about what’s going on during the book. I don’t ask myself questions while I read a book, but I do think about what will happen next based on the information I have in my mind. I usually whisper to myself while I read because saying the words helps me focus on what I’m reading. I conclude to myself that I am a very inside person for a reader.
