9  The 2% tax cap for the 2013-2014 school year was 4.73%  The district adopted a tax levy increase of 2.91% for the 2013-2014 school year  Due to projected reductions in CPI for the 2014- 2015 school year, we are conservatively projecting that the 2% tax cap will be approximately 3%tax levy increase.
