Preparazione Make the Batter In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Cover and chill the dough for 2 to 4 hours. Roll the Dough On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut the Dough Fry in hot olive oil. serve hot. you can stuff them with sardina or stockfish. If you stuff with dried grapes coat with sugar.
