3. Two Strategies for Linear Nim The trick is to get the other opponent to have 4 marks when it is his/her turn. 1.You are the first player. Cross out two marks. No matter what the second player does - you can win! 2.You are the second player. Play follow the leader for the FIRST MOVE. You will also win!

4. New Game: How to Play 1.You will start with 15 marks on the paper. 2.You will be able to cross out 1, 2, 3, or 4 marks. 3.The player to take the last mark(s) wins the game. 4. First test the strategies from yesterday, then test your own!
