Pros versus Cons Pros: Free account Huge possible audience/customer base Could lead to an increase in profit Not a large risk Can help build a community presence Cons: Someone would have to dedicate work time to updating the account Possibly could fail to attract customers Negative comments and feedback could hurt business

How to put Facebook into action We first need to set up Facebook account with news and specials listed Once we establish a small group of friends/ customers, we can easily be suggested from friend to friend Allows us to spread from previous customers to new ones Most kids in high school have a Facebook account and they most likely will see our page. Friends of us on facebook can be sent exclusive coupons Updates can be provided on restaurant/menu progress Establish a presence in the neighborhood
