Aging and Disability Resource Centers ADRCs in Older Americans Act – Section 102(4) ADRC is an entity established by the State as part of the State long-term support system (LTSS) to coordinate: – Comprehensive information – Individualized planning through consultation – Access to range of publicly supported LTSS for which they are qualified 10
