What were the foundations of the Medieval Church? Jesus taught Christian values which were opposite traditional Jewish teachings Jews condemned him to death in 33 AD=crucified After his death, 11 apostles traveled the world to teach his ideas Do not chunk

Believers relied on those who knew him while he was alive Other wrote down their version of his life- Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John- called the Gospels (Four books began the New Testament) Combined with the Old Testament to create the Bible Do not chunk
