Mohenjo-Daro was discovered in 1992 By R.D. Banerji. Mohenjo-Daro was built in about 3000 B.C.

The area Mohenjo-Daro is in is also called the Indian subcontinent. Mohenjo-Daro is in southern Asia.

Each home in Mohenjo-Daro had a bathing and drainage system. The homes in Mohenjo-Daro were made out of equal sized bricks.

They had a pool size bath tub. They also had to some toys. The toys were small stone tablets. The Newcomers had to migrated across the icy passes of the Hindu Kush Mountains.

In summary Mohenjo-Daro was a large and powerful city in ancient India in around 3000 b.c. The people were wealthy and worked hard. The people practiced Buddhism. Finally Mohenjo-Daro was abandoned in about 1600bc.
