Effectiveness and Transparency Reality: In India Education NGO’s are businesses. They are created for the purpose of obtaining available foreign/domestic funding to provide professional staff employment. The reported activities are done for the purpose of satisfying donor requirements Effectiveness and transparency are requirements not goals! ASHA must require them!
