Jenkins County Family Enrichment Center The Jenkins County Family Enrichment Center is the umbrella agency that works to coordinate agencies, organizations, and individuals who are concerned with issues, strategies, and programs that deal with the families, youth, and children of Jenkins County, from brochure published by Jenkins County Family Enrichment Commission (2005). Funding Volunteer Donation Funds are collected through state and federal organizations, private foundations, corporations, fundraisers, donations, and grants.
