Strategic Transitions & Employment Partnerships (STEP) A collaborative, 5-6 week voluntary workplacement Participant performs daily tasks, job shadowing, and attends meetings Employer can foster leadership in current employees and fill temporary needs at no cost

Internship Placement Program Twelve (12) week paid placement Can cover a training/probationary period, or human resource needs for a particular project Interviews, worksite visits, and regular support provided by Workplace Liaison
