3. Departments should develop new rubrics and explore new methods of evaluating teaching

4. Teaching Academy / CTL to disseminate actively teaching resource information— programs on current research about teaching and student learning

5. Endorse Faculty Learning Communities – participate!

6. Offer intensive FLCs for faculty on effective teaching and student learning -- incentives

7. Mini-grants for teaching projects— Revise ‘Learning Technology Grants’?
