6 TEAM Office Report Complaints & Grievances  Activity since Nov 2010 General Meetings:  Thirty-nine new complaints (up 4)  Twelve complaints resolved  Twenty new grievances (up 12); three proceeding to arbitration  Seven grievances resolved  Awaiting Human Rights Commission decision regarding layoff of a TEAM member

9 Pension Lawsuit Report Timeline  Jan 1997– New plan established  In 1998 MTS began a five and half year contribution holiday, exhausting the initial 100% employee generated $43M surplus  Nov 2008 – Thirteen-week trial concludes  Jan 2010– MTS to pay $100M to plan members  Apr 2010– MTS filed a Notice of Appeal  Dec 2010– Appeal hearing (Dec 13 th to 15 th )  Nov 2011 – Awaiting Appeal Court decision

10 Negotiations Recent Settlements and TEAM TEAM ratified the Agreement Sep 9, 2010 0% increase in 1 st year 0% increase in 2 nd year 2% increase in 3 rd year + max VPP payout up by 1% + $500 lump sum Only the 2% increase in salary is pensionable First four hours in a week at 1.5x, remainder at 2x

11 Negotiations Recent Settlements and TEAM CEP and IBEW ratified their agreements: 1% increase, retro: Dec 19 for CEP, Feb 1 for IBEW 1% increase in 2 nd year 2% increase in 3 rd year 2% increase in 4 th year (IBEW only) All increases are to base salary and are pensionable Overtime remains at 2x for all hours worked No change to VPP, no lump sum payment
