You could choose  Class teacher  HLTA – Higher Level Teaching Assistant  Learning Support Worker(if specific SEND needs) If you are based in Nursery/F1/F2 you could use  Nursery teacher  Nursery Nurse TASK 3

Skills and qualifications  What skills do the need/show? Why are these important? Give examples of these in action.  What qualifications do you need? Think of GCSE onwards – at 16, post 16, post 18 etc  Does training stop there? INSET?? TASK 3

The full range of Care Values What are the range of care values that staff need to follow?  Safeguarding  Maintaining confidentiality  Treating with respect and dignity  Person centred approach – treating each student as an individual Using examples, how do both workers apply these values when caring for your chosen service user. When using examples think about what the school does too? TASK 3
