2  Minimum DAT 17  Alternative to scholarship program  Students in HSCP receive full pay and benefits of a Navy E-6 while attending school:  Monthly salary of $2,404.50/month  Tax-free housing allowance of $1404.00/month  FREE health insurance for you and dependents Upon graduation, commission as O-3, receive pay with 4 years time-in-service credit (additional $1300/month)
