2. SEARCHING FOR A REPORT The system searches for reports showing the characters you have entered appearing anywhere in the title. All of the search results will be listed alphabetically. It will also reveal any that are saved in your bookmarks (see Bookmarks Guide) 3. Select the report title to reveal a chart (graph presentation) of the report 1. Enter the name of report you are looking for. (Enter either the full or partial name) E.g. 2. Select to search for the report

3. SEARCHING FOR A REPORT The search results reveal what you have searched for and how many results there are for your search The title of the report, the category the report belongs to, a bookmark and a short explanation of the report is revealed

4. SEARCHING FOR A REPORT Once you have selected a report, the chart (graph presentation) for the selected report will be revealed. (You will only be able to view reports you are authorised to see)

5. The following message will appear if you select a report you are not authorised to view SEARCHING FOR A REPORT
