PREPARING FOR INTERVENTION DECIDE WHO IS TO BE INVOLVED THOSE INVOLVED SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF DRUGS/ALCOHOL USE LIST SPECIFIC INCIDENTS HAVE ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE TO ASSIST STAFF TO ACCESS TREATMENT APPOINT AN APPROPRIATE LEADER HAVE A POLICY FOR THE INTERVENTION
