NUTRITION OF PREGNANT WOMAN Nutrition should be given special attention. Products should be fresh and high quality. Forget about cheap semifinished products, which,as a rule, comprise preservatives and can be stored very long time. Considering increase in appetite during pregnancy,the quantity of a food should increase proportionally to frequency rates of reception of the food. You shouldn't force yourself to eat a bit of meat only because it contains essential protein for you and your baby. Always it is possible to find an alternative.
