4 Step Problem Solving Process CommonalitiesConsultancy Protocol Step 1: Problem Identification Identifying an issue Understanding importance of issue Committing to working on issue Understanding importance of solution Reviewing documents and artifacts 1. Presenter provides dilemma (10 minutes) Step 2: Problem Analysis Clarifying specific problem Asking factual questions Seeking data-based information 2.
