ARE YOU BRAIN SMART? If the habit strengthens the brain, jog in place for 15 seconds. If the habit weakens the brain, squat for 5 seconds. Drinking caffeine Riding a bike Exercising at least twice a week Never going outside to play and watching TV all the time Getting a good night’s sleep Skating Never eating fruits/vegetables Riding a scooter Repeating things in your mind Doing one thing at a time Staying up late to cram for a test Ignoring stress in your life Meditating Eating potato chips and Twinkies Wondering
