How can these bottlenecks be removed?

Role of Group Leaders Moderator: –Stay on task, seek major points and consensus –Promote full participation by group members –Avoid redundancy, keep discussion moving –Minimize domination by few speakers Rapporteur: –Ensure coverage of all topics –Take notes, ask group for confirmation and feedback on draft conclusions –Prepare and present brief summary of results
