IT IS OFTEN THE FIRST MEETING WITH AN EMPLOYER IT TRULY IS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION IT GIVES YOU DEPTH IT TELLS YOUR STORY IT FILLS IN THE BLANKS IT SHOWS THEM YOU CAN WRITE (and spell!) IF POORLY WRITTEN IT CAN LEAVE THEM UNINFORMED IT TELLS THEM YOU ARE INTELLIGENT IT GIVES THEM A PLACE TO CHECK ON YOU IT CAN GET THEM REALLY INTERESTED IN YOU
