Why Build? The Historic Chapel Rented for 22K Use limited to 4 hours/week 3 Month rolling lease Subject to sudden change in use Capacity an issue Not configured for Anglican worship Wasted manpower to set up/take down No signs!! Unwholesome programs in “our” building No restrooms

Why Build? Malone Hall 2 Year Lease, 17k plus maintenance Limited Space Lot belongs to St Paul’s Building program on books Will need the lot at some point
