2. The Day… On April 20, 1999 Local high school of Littleton, Colorado Two high-school seniors: Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris brought to school guns and pipe bombs. Shot and killed 13 people and had injured 20. The two boys committed suicide when the day was over.

3. Both Eric and Dylan’s parents were rarely home. Dylan had a basement as a room (where they hid the bombs and guns). They played games on the computer called “Doom”. It was a very violent game which was the kind of games they loved. Some say this game is where the two boys began to feel the rush of killing. “Doom”

4. Dylan Klebold Dylan attended Normandy Elementary School in Littleton, Colorado, for two years, then transferred to Governor's Ranch Elementary School. He was a shy child that loved baseball, especially the Boston Red Sox. He was smart, Dylan was in a program for gifted students. Dylan enjoyed bowling and worked behind the scenes for school productions as a sound man. He worked at a local pizza place with Eric Harris.

5. Eric Harris Eric Harris was born on April 9, 1981, in Wichita, Kansas. He moved to Littleton, Colorado, in 1993. Harris moved around several times as a child. While living in Plattsburgh, New York, he played little league baseball. The Harris family moved to Littleton, Colorado, in 1993, after his father retired from the military. He was a decent soccer player and wore preppy style clothing, but had a hard time fitting in at school.

6. List of Victims Steven Curnow- 14-year olds, freshman Corey DePooter- 17-year olds, junior

7. List of Victims Daniel Rohrbough- 15-years old, freshman William "Dave" Sanders- long-time teacher at Columbine, girls' basketball and softball coach and taught business and computer classes.

8. List of Victims Kelly Fleming- 16-years old, sophomore Matthew Kechter- sophomore Daniel Mauser- 15-years old, sophomore

9. List of Victims Rachel Scott- 17-years old, junior Isaiah Shoels-18-years old, senior Cassie Bernall- 17-years old, junior

11. Memorial The HOPE Columbine Memorial Library that replaced the library where most of the massacre took place

12. Police Tatics Police followed the traditional tactic at Columbine: surround the building, set up a perimeter, contain the damage. Their goal is to stop the shooter at all costs; they are to walk past wounded victims, as the aim is to prevent the shooter from killing or wounding more.

13. Reasons First reason is that the pair of supposed "Trench Coat Mafia outcasts" were taking revenge against the bullies who had made school miserable for them. The second reason is that the massacre was inexplicable: We can never understand what drove them to such horrific violence.

14. Dylan and Eric in the lunchroomRigged as a bomb, this alarm clock was found in Dylan’s car.
