1. Normal Day

2. From the first day, the students will be seated in pairs. This will help promote a sense of community within the classroom. This arrangement will also help save time during collaborated assignments. Students will have the freedom to choose their seats on the first day. However, their placement is subject to change if the students are disruptive.

3. Discussions/ Presentations

4. Group Discussions and Presentations There will be days where we, as a class, will have open discussions about different topics and this layout should help contribute to some lively and interesting group debates. The desks will already be in this layout before classes begin, in order to save time. This set up will also be used for any presentations the students might have throughout the year.

5. Test Day

6. On testing days, the desks will be separated and organized into rows to avoid problems with cheating.

7. Group Work

8. On days where we have large group collaborations, the tables will be placed into groups of four. If some classes require a group of five, changes will be made to the layout.
