6 The Budget…. DCC = $12,086,071 Plus DMA = $7,680,557 Total $19,767,028

8 Fiscal Policies All policies stayed the same with the exception of the following: 1. Procurement – identifies four procurement methods 2. Travel – includes language to follow the more restrictive guidelines

10 Employee Handbook Code of Business Ethics All policies stayed the same with the exception of: 1. New employee’s have a 90 day waiting period before eligible for benefits 2. Paid Time Off Policy New employees accrue 4 hours/month for 1 st year Existing employees grandfathered 3. Full Time vs. Part Time Part time employees identified as those working 25 hours or less per week Code of Business Ethics – employees must read and sign annually
