12 How to prepare… Make sure you read the job spec Spell check your CV Research research research. Know the Company you are meeting. Look beyond their website. YouTube, Blogs, social media e.g. some companies have unique recruitment process. This information may be available on the internet Know the industry not just the Company. Speak to people who work in similar roles if you can and try and see the differences and similarities between what they say and what the job spec says Don’t be afraid to what style of interview to prepare for or what you can expect on the day 12

13 How to prepare… Be prepared to give examples of when you have demonstrated the requirement of the role in your past Talk to family and friends. They will help you think of examples In the interview be sure you say how you will add value to the Company. Think of what makes you different or stand out from the crowd. Think of why we would want you as opposed to any other candidate Be prepared to say why you want the job 13

They know we do unscripted calls They have put some thought into the kind of queries they may be handling in the role They regularly give examples without prompting …………In other words they are prepared 14
