4 Warm up What products do people use to stay healthy? What activities do people do? Work with a partner. How many can you list? Example: exercise, drinking juice, massage

6 Unhealthy Behavior Drinking too much alcohol. Breathing dirty air. Skipping meals. Being under stress. Eating too many snacks. smoking
