High Profile = SE Expects! National, Regional and NHS Board plans Desire that these will predict numbers and be costed. Ideally “bottom-up” approach. Accuracy will improve over time.

Approach Can be used whether we are looking at a particular staff group or a service Guides the workforce plan with each chapter of the plan reflecting a stage of the process Reflects a bottom up approach? Need to pull together the outputs of the service/staff group work to feed the overall Board workforce plan Appendices or refer to more detailed plans
